For the company Cap Arreghini we realized a set consisting of 8 different folders, each devoted to a decorative finish. A major work that has seen the application of 234 applications for different products in different colors in medium format, and 11 big applications to show the client, in an important area (113x151 mm), a wider application. The entire collection was produced with a very glamorous graphics all in line just to hit the attention of customers. We thought of architects, applicators and major customers trying to raise their taste through a chart of great importance.

COLORI DI TOLLENS BRAVO

For this production we made 3 different folders dedicated to mat impregnating in the practice pastel colors for wood, then a folder for wood impregnating with all the typical coloring of the essences of real wood and then a folder that has impregnating deco having regard to the application of a variety of colors formulated as a primer, but with a real nuances colorimetric valid for internal and external, to offer customers a true characterization of a color, not typical of the types of wood that can cover the wood preserving the veiling.
For this work, we used all the base products supplied by the company, but all colored by our tinting system.
We used a real essence of wood as a product application that has been treated with a primer and 3 coats of finish with a brush. In between coats we have made sanding with abrasive paper in different texture from medium to very thin, to get a true effect "velvet" to the touch.

From Covema comes the Breathable Elastomeric Fiber Finish Background 750
The increasingly obvious problems present in the building yard and the urgent need to optimize the cost / time of intervention, led Covema to study a new problem / solving for the prevention and the fix-up of hairline cracks in the facade.
The new Breathable Elastomeric Fiber Finish Background 750 is designed for static cracks, raw plaster with dynamic cracks, plaster and supports in general already painted with cracks, porous supports with cracks, cellular cement plastered with cracks, insulating blocks plastered with cracks, concrete with cracks and fissured; old supports affected by dynamic cracks, small adjustment cracks in need of of transpirant finishes and waterproof protection of facades particularly exposed to the elements, where the characteristics of the support presage the formation of hairline cracks with the possibility of water infiltration.
Excellent performance characteristics of the Elastomeric Finish Background 750: it is a coating based on special resins, acrylic elastomeric of last generation and selected fillers to give the product significant elastic properties, waterproofing and crack-inhibiting. During drying, the resin product creates its own film thanks to the UV radiation with the advantage of combining exceptional elastic properties in excellent qualities of breathability and low tack, avoiding the known problems of bubbles and dirty of similar products on the market .
The product to provide the best performance of resilient Elastomeric Finish Background 750 shall be applied to a certain thickness with a minimum of two coats of diluted product to up to 5% by weight with water.
The application can be made by brush or roller, leaving at least 24 hours between the first and the second coat.
